I have been with Missouri Star Quilt Company for the past eleven years. In that time, I have helped build and develop our shipping department, customer service department, retail stores, machine quilting, fabric cutting, and creative teams. This includes (in all departments) developing standard operating procedures, training employees, designing layouts for spaces, and working with employees to continuously develop these departments. In addition to planning and developing these departments, I worked within each team until the department was ready to hand off to a new manager. I meet often with our Senior Leadership Team and our CEO to discuss, and plan creative ways to increase revenue, as well as improve company morale, systems development, processes within departments, and any other ways that we can improve our company.
