In 2023 I hiked through parts of the Scottish Highlands for the first time. The incredible beauty, expansive landscape, and open skies spoke to me in a way that felt like home. A nostalgia for a place I had never been. I haven’t stopped thinking about that trip, and how it changed me. More recently I've been planning how to bring others there. So we’re going back! 

This is an invitation to join me in hiking the historic and beautiful West Highland Way. A hundred-mile hike through the heart of Scotland. A chance to reconnect to the best part of ourselves, or perhaps discover it for the first time. An opportunity to celebrate what your mind and body are capable of, and maybe even push the limits of what you thought possible. The world is a funny place right now. I believe this is exactly the kind of experience it’s asking us to seek. A chance to feel alive again and fill our hearts. To connect with people and nature in a whole new way.
