From my first backpacking trip to the Grand Canyon to hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, the Colorado Trail, the Tahoe Rim Trail, the John Muir Trail, and many national parks, I have come to believe deeply in the healing power of nature. I believe we are meant to be outside, away from our phones, emails, and everyday distractions, fully present in the world around us.

Together, we will experience some of New Zealand’s most breathtaking landscapes, from the alpine beauty of Queenstown and the peaceful shores of Te Anau to the dramatic scenery of Milford Sound. We will hike the Key Summit Track on the famous Routeburn Track, walk along the Milford Sound foreshore, kayak beneath towering cliffs and waterfalls, and travel by water taxi to hike part of the legendary Milford Track to Giant Gate Falls. This journey is about more than hiking. It is about adventure, connection, culture, discovery, and the opportunity to return home feeling refreshed, inspired, stronger, and more connected to nature, to the world, and perhaps even to yourself.
