We are delighted to welcome you to the Craftours family and introduce you to our Craftours Passport Program, a special loyalty program created exclusively for our frequent travelers. This passport represents your connection to our community and celebrates your passion for travel, creativity, and adventure with Craftours.
The program offers a variety of exciting rewards, special perks, and even travel credits. There are four achievement levels based on how often you travel with us: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you continue exploring the world with Craftours, each level unlocks additional benefits and rewards.
Here is how the program works:
- Reserve your place on any upcoming Craftours tour. This activates your passport.
- If you have traveled with us before, please send us a list of your previous Craftours trips, including the destination and approximate travel date. We are happy to recognize every trip you have taken with us since our very first tours in 1995.
- Our team will verify your travel history and prepare your personalized passport with the appropriate stamps reflecting your journeys.
- Your Craftours Passport will be included with your travel documents for your next tour.
- Bring your passport with you on each future Craftours adventure so our travel managers can stamp it and record your travels around the world.
Please note that passports are not mailed separately in advance. Your Craftours Passport becomes active once you join your next Craftours tour.

To participate in the Craftours Rewards Program, all tours must be verified by the Craftours corporate office and officially recorded in your Craftours Passport. Each traveler is responsible for providing a list of the Craftours tours they have previously attended. We are pleased to recognize and honor all Craftours journeys dating back to our very first tours in 1995.
Craftours “Cocoons” are also considered qualifying trips and will count toward your status in the Frequent Traveler Program. Passports are distributed while you are traveling on tour and are included with your travel documents. Please note that passports are not mailed prior to departure.
Awards are presented to qualifying participants at the conclusion of tours. Some rewards are granted only once upon reaching a new level and are not repeated after each additional tour. For example, when a participant reaches a qualifying level, a single Amazon gift card will be awarded for that milestone.
If you advance to a new level and become eligible for additional benefits or rewards, these may be redeemed after the completion of your next Craftours tour. The Craftours Frequent Traveler Awards Program becomes active once a participant has booked or is scheduled to join a future Craftours journey.
